Whitehouse & Whitehouse is a boutique angency which establishes close working relationships with its clients and stakeholders. We are writing to express our pleasure with real estate agent Fredene Plouffe (Broker of Record), who represented us in our recent sale of a 2-bedroom condominium in Oakville.
Fredene guided us through the entire process, from listing the condominium, to preparation of all purchase and sale agreements and ultimately, closing the deal.
This was all done in a very timely fashion. We signed the property listing agreement on Tuesday, March 9th; the property was scheduled to be posted on the MLS on Monday, March 15th. Prior to being posted, we received a call from Whitehouse & Whitehouse Realty informing us of buyer interest on Saturday, March 13th. Fredene worked with us on the 13th to organize a property walk through with the interested party; who subsequently submitted an offer on Sunday, March 14th. We accepted their offer.
We credit Fredene with a smooth, stress-free home-selling experience. She is personable, savy and has very strong market knowledge. We are nothing but pleased with Fredene and her expertise and we would recommend her services in the future.

Jillian was my real estate agent when I purchased my first home in 2010.
Before we began the search, she met with me and got to know my style and the type of home I was looking for. There wasn't a home she showed me that I didn't like, which was also within my budget. It didn't take long to find the home I purchased. With Jillian's help I purchased a home in Toronto. With every home viewing Jillian arranged a time that worked with my schedule and gave me directions to the site after I declined her offer to pick me up. I'm not a fan of driving in the city but she made it seamless. Jillian drove from Burlington a few days a week, and even through the rush hour traffic in Toronto, Jillian was always at the site greeting me when I arrived.
As a first time home buyer I knew nothing about the legalities of purchasing a home. She walked me through everything. She recommended people to call regarding mortgage rates and legal matters. Jillian also told me what to expect just before the closing date, as well as the first few months after. She was available to answer questions at any hour, and there were a lot of questions! Even after the house closed, she would call me just to see how I was enjoying my new home and if I had any questions.
Jillian went above and beyond any real estate agent is required to. I would highly recommend Jillian to anyone who is purchasing or selling a home for a stress free experience with a knowledgable representative.
